To all of our Nixxit customers,
For the health of you and our service professionals, we’ve put some additional measures into place to make sure your junk removal experience stays as safe as possible.
High-touch surfaces on the inside and outside of our fleet, such as steering wheels and gas caps are being cleaned with disinfectant wipes multiple times throughout the day.
We have instructed our Pros to use all of the CDC recommended supplies for personnel protection. In addition to wearing gloves, which our service professionals do on a daily basis, our team is stocked with a supply of hand-sanitizer, sterile wipes, and masks to use as needed.
All of our trucks are equipped with the technology to accept all forms of contactless payment, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. You also have the option to pay securely online after your job has been completed, with no need for us to handle your credit card. Just let our techs know how you wish to pay when your job is complete.
As an extra precaution, we recently introduced our “Zero-Contact” junk removal service. We are currently offering 10% off this service at this time. Learn more >
In an effort to practice recommended social distancing, we have also added the option to conduct our in-person estimates entirely virtual through either Facetime or Google Hangouts. Learn more >
Waves are the new handshake! At Nixxit, we understand the importance of taking extra precautions to avoid unnecessary touching during this time. So far, simple waves seem to be catching on as the go-to greeting with our customers.
While we are encouraging zero contact/curbside pickups at this time, we understand some situations still call for heavy lifting and awkward maneuvering and we want you to know that you can still rely on us to still provide the same full-service in-home junk removal experience, that promotes and protects safety for all.
Please feel free to request any additional safety precautions that you want our team to take before entering your home. We are happy to comply.
Nixxit is currently operating as scheduled. With the progression of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak as a professional home and business service, we’re here to assure you that your safety remains our top priority.
